General Purchase Terms


The Agreement

Carepacks sells products as individual purchases and on an ongoing subscription basis according to the chosen delivery interval without a purchase obligation or binding period. The agreement consists of the information provided on the website for ordering, as well as these terms and conditions. Subscription agreements can only be entered into by adults over 18 years.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is referred to hereafter as the buyer. The buyer is also referred to as “you”.


“The Service” refers to the purchase or subscription service. “The Product” is the item delivered in the subscription service or individual purchase.

Agreement Conclusion, Acceptance, and Amendment of the Terms

The agreement is binding for both parties when the order is received by the Seller. Once the order is received, the Seller sends an order confirmation to the Buyer by email, showing the ordered Product(s), price, and any delivery interval. The buyer must check the order confirmation and immediately notify the Seller if the order confirmation does not match the order. These terms and conditions are attached to the order confirmation. The withdrawal form and information form about the right of withdrawal can be found at, which can be downloaded.


The terms and conditions may be subject to changes due to special needs and/or public changes or requirements. The agreement means that you accept updated/changed terms and conditions. New terms and conditions will be announced on the Seller’s website and/or attached to your next delivery.


Secure Payment

Payment for products purchased in the online store can be made safely and securely through our payment intermediary Stripe or Vipps. The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.


If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering. The card is charged the same day the item is shipped.


Online payment with Stripe accepts bank and credit cards with MasterCard and Visa. You provide your name, card number, expiration date, and control digits (CCV) when paying. Your security and safety are very important to us, and with partners like Stripe, this security is ensured.

Stripe is a major internationally recognized payment intermediary that specializes in making online payments safe. We have no access to payment information such as the credit card number you provide when paying. This information is sent encrypted directly to them and never passes through our server. We only receive confirmation that the payment has been made, so our system can set the status of your order to paid.


Payment with Vipps

The buyer is charged at the time of purchase. Payment with VIPPS is carried out using a mobile number and verification of mobile bank ID. Payment with Vipps is free of charge.


How to pay with Vipps:

Enter all information about yourself and your address.


Choose payment with Vipps. Enter your phone number (8 digits), then go into the Vipps app where you will receive a payment request that must then be approved with your personal Vipps code (4 digits).


The amount is reserved on your account immediately after ordering and will then not be available on your payment card registered in Vipps until the reservation is possibly released. The reservation will not be withdrawn from your payment card until the order is processed at the store and will be released again if your order is declined.



When paying by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

*Interest on late payment/collection fee: If the buyer does not pay the purchase amount according to the agreement, the seller can demand interest on the purchase amount according to the Delayed Payment Act. In the event of non-payment, the claim, after prior notice, may be sent to the buyer. The buyer may then be held liable for a fee according to the Collection Act.

Delivery has taken place when the buyer or his representative has taken over the item. If the delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the seller must deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The item must be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.


Delivery method: We use Helt Hjem/Postnord/Bring as a distributor.


Helt Hjem delivers the package to the door or mailbox, and you are notified by SMS upon delivery.


Bring/Postnord: Package information will be sent directly to the buyer from the distributor when the package is registered in their system by SMS and/or email/digital mail.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have designated, receives the first Product in the Service in physical possession.

in an unambiguous manner about your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g., in a letter sent by mail or email).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the message that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.


If you withdraw from this agreement, we will credit the unpaid invoice or refund payments we have received from you for the relevant product(s), including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.


We will make the refund using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.


In any case, you will not be charged any fee as a result of the refund.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the Product(s) back, or until you have provided documentation that the Product(s) have been returned, or whichever of these times occurs first.


You must return the Product(s) or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us that you wanted to withdraw from the agreement. Use the return address provided above. The deadline is met if you return the Product(s) before the 14-day deadline has expired.


For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the Product(s) must be returned without the seal being broken, otherwise, the right of withdrawal is lost according to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 first paragraph g.


When entering into a subscription, there is no right of withdrawal for regular shipments in the Service. There is only a right of withdrawal for the first delivery in the Service.


You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.


If the Seller is charged penalty postage for a returned Product where postage is to be paid by you, the right is reserved to invoice you up to NOK 129.


Returned Product(s) in the Service without a valid right of withdrawal will not have the associated invoice credited but can be sent out again if desired for a fee of NOK 59.


You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, properties, and function.


In addition to the right of withdrawal, the Buyer will have a general right to complain under the Consumer Purchase Act, see more about this in point 8.



For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the Product(s) must be returned without the seal being broken, otherwise, the right of withdrawal is lost according to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 first paragraph g.


The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 12 point a). Original packaging must be included.


The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 15 first paragraph). You cannot, therefore, send the item to us for collection. If the item is sent through the post or another independent carrier, it must be returned in the same way (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act §15 third paragraph).


The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases.

CarePacks is a subscription service that is renewed every month depending on the order date when entering into the subscription. The normal frequency between each package is 28 days.


The subscription runs until written termination is registered. Every 28th day, a new package will be generated, and the withdrawal will be made via your payment card registered via Stripe or Vipps. You must be over 18 to subscribe to CarePacks.


Binding Period/Notice Period

There is no binding period or notice period; you can cancel the subscription at any time via email Packages ordered before the subscription is stopped or paused will be sent. The deadline to cancel/terminate the subscription is 8 days before a new package in the subscription is to be sent. This means that if you order your subscription on December 1, you must cancel your subscription before December 20 to avoid receiving a new package.

The seller reserves the right to stop deliveries of the Product and cancel the Service if payment is not made for two or more shipments, or if the Buyer can no longer be considered creditworthy by the Seller.


Prices and Payment

The prices stated in the online store include VAT. Carepacks reserves the right to price errors in the online store. Information about the total costs the buyer must pay, including all fees (VAT, customs, and the like) and delivery costs (shipping, postage, invoice fee, packaging, etc.), as well as a specification of the individual elements of the total price, is provided in the ordering solution before the order is placed. We note that items priced at NOK 0 are an unfortunate error that can unfortunately occur in the system. We naturally do not give away items.


Agreement Conclusion

The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller.


However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a typographical or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.


You will receive an order confirmation when you order the item/subscription. Check the spam filter if you haven’t received it immediately after ordering.


We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you have not paid for the last two CarePacks products.



Carepacks AS is only a mediator of snacks and food and disclaims all responsibility if you should not tolerate the products, have an allergic reaction, or similar. This applies to both subscriptions and individual purchases.


Order Information, Personal Data, and Customer Contact

All order information and personal data provided by the Buyer when ordering are stored in the Seller’s systems.


Personal data and order information are kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The information is used to manage and maintain your customer relationship, including informing about products, services, and other benefits from the Seller.


Your personal data is not shared or disclosed to third parties but can be used by the Seller. Personal and order information can still be disclosed in cases after orders from public agencies, or in connection with a credit check of the Buyer as well as follow-up and collection of unpaid claims.


You have the right to access the information registered about you and can request that these be corrected.


You undertake to notify the Seller of changes in personal data that are relevant to the performance of the Service.


Choice of Law and Venue

The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller should be resolved through negotiations. The right venue is Oslo District Court.
